Especially the probes with an aluminium end piece are advised to be removed before dismantling and to store it safely. When transporting over uneven terrain, especially on grass fields or when transporting in trailers, the aluminium end piece can be damaged by vibrations and strong impacts. This can lead to the fact that it breaks in the future under the lowest stress. After removing the probe, always seal the mounting hole in the tail unit (tape, cap, etc.) !
