I want to send in a probe for repair; what do I need to consider and what does it cost?

It is essential to contact us before; please use our contact form for this. Especially mailings from outside of Europe without prior arrangement can be very difficult to handle due to customs issues. For details please check out the repair section first.

In general we will repair simple damages within 36h.
The costs for simple to complex repairs range from 20-70EUR plus package and posting. We can not give any guarantees of success for complicated damages, but we do our best. We will not charge you for any unsuccessful repairs.
