Can I order directly from esa systems and pick my order up in Berlin?

Yes of course, get in touch via e-mail. In case the shipping address is outside of Germany please always include a mobile phone number (DHL insists on it). If you plan to pick up your order please call in advance to set up an appointment. 

Depending on the availability of the product and weather, we usually ship within 24 hours.
In the case of orders placed durring high season or during company holidays, a delivery can take up to three weeks.
