This probe type is designed to be used on the fuselage. The measuring head is based on the principle of our current two-slot measuring heads and generally provides a somewhat better TE signal than the original Venturi nozzle. However, assembly on the fuselage has disadvantages compared to the assembly in the tail unit. If possible the tail unit assembly of a standard TE probe is preferable. The end piece of this probe is compatible with our ST1 adapter or adapter with an inner diameter of 8,1mm.
