The measuring head is very precise and insensitive to sliding and pitching. For this purpose, this design should be aligned horizontally (parallel to the wings) according to the measurement results in the wind tunnel. Perfect for the ambitious pilot. When having the UN mounting adapter installed there will be a visible gap between probe and adapter. We offer a spacer to bridge this gap. Prior to inserting, the end piece should be lightly lubricated! Attention: The version delivered since 11/2017 has a further improved measuring head.
